Just torn if I should get the Macbook pro 13 inch, with a 128 GB SSD, or if I should just get the Air.

I really want a SSD since I hear how fast it is, and memory isn't an issue since I have a 21 inch iMac to store things.

So, what's the better choice? The 15 inch pro is too expensive, so I am limited to the 13 inch size. I like the Air's form factor, but will the faster i5 processor of the pro really make it more worthwhile than the Air? Also, I'm a little concerned with battery life. the Air seems to be a little wacky, but does the pro deliver a more consitent 7 hour battery life (or just, is it better than the Air?)

Thanks in advance!

Read the forums. That's why previous topics always stay here.

Seriously. Read. It will do you more good than asking a simple question here.

The best thing about the pro vs. air, is that you would have a significantly better processor. If you also get an Intel or OWC SSD you would also be getting double read & write speeds compared to the air. So over all performance world be better, but it would be heavier.
