hi , my macbook pro 13'3 mid 2012 startup screen glitches after i transfer my files and settings with migration assistant from my old late 2008 macbook. when its without my settings and files from the old one everything is ok..even though my macbook pro works fine, i want it fixed.. please advise.thanks

Don't use migration assistant to transfer your files and settings.
