Hallou i have some problems with connection of my macbook pro 14 (M1 Pro)
Iam near the router with my ipad, iphone and macbook pro - 5 ghz 1000 Mb. If i perform random ping test on same site, i have high jitter on my macbook causing lags on my google stadia or geforce now, its often unplayable. Macbook freshly rebooted. Firewall is off, no problem on previous macbook pro 13. As visiblne on screenshot no problem at my iphone or ipad. Do someone suffer with same problem.

EDIT: disabling localisation services and bluetooth (than reboot) did not help.
tried to connect to another fast wireless network high pikes and jitter still there

Ok so after long googling this solved my problem
TLDR: this command resolved my ping spike issues: sudo ifconfig awdl0 down
