Macbook Pro 15 2010 Graphic Issues

Hi, Since yesterday, I started having an issue with my graphic switching. I've been using gfxcardstatus for the a long time. It seems that whenever I switch to integrated, my screen becomes glitches and unusable. Sometimes my mac will boot up glitches and have to restart. Any one got similar situation and knows how to fix?

Never seen that one before. The one time I was having issues with my display it turned out to be the logic board per Apple. Not saying that is your issue but seems it might be time to schedule a Genius Bar appointment. Warranty or not, they'll check it out and give you a diagnosis.
