I have my monitor hooked on a 4K Dell 3219Q Display.

Which of the down resoltuions is better in terms of perfomance?
I understand its more difficult for the machine to run a 4K resolution.

If i choose a smaller one will be better? Does the smaller resolution affects the perfomance?

Also some programs i use are very tiny Layouts dont help me.

Options I have:

3840x2160

3360x1980

3008x1692

2560x1440
