My brother bought the laptop 3 weeks ago. Now he is on holiday for a while and has the following problem:

He was trying to install a clean copy of OSX because adobe cloud was hanging and after reboot osx would not boot anymore. He erased the original partition of OSX but now it's totally missing in disk utility and finder. Anyone has a solution for this problem? I know the 512gb memory is soldered to the motherboard. Never seen this before on a apple device.

nvram reset doesn't seem to work. couldn't create new partition because only drive available is Apple disk image media with a capacity of 2,15 GB.
