R rareflares macrumors regular Jun 7, 2004 180 0 Washington D.C. Mar 2, 2011 #2 Highly doubt it. With a MBP, you can effectively only upgrade the Hard Disk Drive and RAM.

Laptop processors are RARELY upgradeable, since they take so much design to even fit all that inside the chassis.
