macbook pro 15 lcd screen

I see a lot of people that say that they are waiting for a LED display on the macbook pro..but isn't it out already??

The new MacBook Air uses LED backlighting for the screen, which allows for longer battery life and I think is supposed to be easier on your eyes. The current MBs and MBPs don't yet have screens like that, but it's one of the features the MBPs likely will get when they are refreshed. I assume that's what you're referring to.

Oops, you're right. Hopefully that'll be part of the MBP 17" refresh at some point, and possibly the MBs too....
