Can I install Corsair CMSO16GX3M2A1333C9 16GB this in my macbook pro? I don't know if anyone else have tried it. I'm running a OSX lion.
 
Yes, it is physically possible to install 16 GB RAM in the 2010 MBP.

I'm not sure what would happen if you do it, but the general consensus seems to be that more than 8 GB are not supported (see simsas post and link), so either it won't boot at all or the mac will only use 8 of the 16 GB.
