Hey guys i am new to this sight and i have now been researching what kind of computer to buy for about 6 months now. I have finially decided that i want a macbook pro because i am starting college soon and i want to be able to carry my computer from mom and dads house(divorced).I am also a heavy gamer and downloader so i need the power of the pro. This is a big purchase for me with what kind of job i am working so i have to get it right the first time because this is whats going to have to last me for about 5 years. I was just wondering one thing should i get the 15 inch or 17 inch mac? I know the res is better on the 17 inch version but when i am at home i will be hooked up to a high res monitor or hdtv. i have never used DVA so will the 15" mac and the 17" mac look the same(output same res) hooked up to a external monitor?
