Hi! I have an MBP 15" Retina (2013 Early) with what seems like most likely GPU problems. When I got it it would turn on, but display nothing, after taking it apart and switching the dedicated GPU out with one from ebay, it turns on, and displays correctly, most of the time, except when GPU usage gets high and I start getting little red and green dots all over the screen. I also get weird screen artefacts when I drag a window around and the "transluscent" part of it starts twitching around. Any ideas what could it be? Defective GPU again or maybe VRAMs?
