Macbook pro 15 retina late 2013 Diagnostics

I would like to seek and find the appropriate official Apple diagnostics tools, especially for this mbp model.
Finding it, is a rather challenging thing, because I think that Apple delivers them in a rather confusing way, numbering, supported models per version etc.
Can somebody tell me what to search for?
