Is a refurbished 15" 2008 MacBook Pro 15" 2.4GHz/2GB/250GB/GeForce 9600M GT/SuperDrive worth it for £850? I may buy it.

That is absolutely 100% overpriced and not worth it. You can get a 2011 15" refurb for that price.

Way overpriced! At those prices, get a 2010 or even 2011 model.

I see, thanks for the advice. That's the thing about these things, they have damn good resale value xD.

I think I'll get an early 2011 15" or so if the 2012 models aren't that great. I only have around £1100 or so to spend, I may buy an air but I'm not sure though.
