i have downloaded the fruitjuice app and it tells me that i have 20 hours battery life remaining which cant be correct surely it usually starts off if im lucky at around 11 hours and works its way down from there.

also reports the same time on i statistica

is this normal?

It sounds like you got one of the macbook pros with generators built in...where else would all that heat come from? 😋

All joking aside, time estimates are never going to be fully accurate. I'd just use it the way you want to use it and figure out how much time it runs per charge. If you know you want to use it a lot during the day, bring a charger as well. I bought a second charger for my Mid-2015 MBP for when I take it places. No point in risking running it out of power.
