MacBook pro 16 inch multicolor glitch and lag

Hello i have a base model 16 inch 2019 Macbook the problem that i have is the one on the picture, i was using final cut, chrome,
Whatsapp, and the mail i guess i don't remember, than this start happening on chrome, and after pass to whatsapp, i don’t know if i need to get my warranty but it looks like something its wrong with my machine i use clenmymac to see if i have a virus or something because the laptop was using a lot of resources on kernel_task, the model of the dell monitor is 2014ht that is just 20 inches and 900p i believe that the laptop it’s capable of using this monitor and all the apps that i was working with the ram was at 10 gb so i don’t know if somebody know something else, also i use and adam usb hub that they sell on the Apple retail store

Just this app and a little on google chrome

Some others here have reported something similar, particularly with Chrome. Not sure what they've figured out, but there are a few threads about it that might be worth hunting for.

At the very least, I'd strongly suggest calling Apple support to get a support ticket open for this problem as soon as possible. That way if this problem is truly a problem then you'll have an easier time getting warranty service later if you need it.
