I sent my device with 16gb of ram before the change because it was slow in operations I got it again as 32gb of ram. But when you get a 1080p video rendering through premiere pro, the computer is very tight during rendering. It's becoming impenetrable.
changing my device to 32 gb of ram didn't work

System:
Catailna 10.15.3
2,3 GHz Intel Core i9
32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB

If you look at the "Activity Monitor" are you running out of RAM? If not it's not a RAM issue.

What does the CPU tab of "Activity Monitor" show? While I understand it seems odd this likely means the software is doing a good job of parallelizing all tasks and using every resource available. Is there a setting to limit the number of cores or threads dedicated to rendering in premiere pro?
