MacBook Pro 16" Safari doesn't connect to wifi after "Sleep" mode

Anyone else notice that Safari fails to connect to the internet after you wake up the MacBook Pro 16" from sleep mode? Other browsers such as Chrome still connect to the internet but Safari does not. I have to quit Safari and restart it in order for it to work again.

Also noticed the MacBook Pro 16" tends to go through the battery at about 15% while on sleep for about 8 hours. Anyone else?
