Macbook Pro 16'' sound output glitch/problem

Hello MacForum. I encounter an annoying problem with my Mac. The sound output is acting weird and works different with different apps. For example: If i play World of tanks and I use Discord, the game is using the internal speakers and Discord iis using the headphones. The same happens for MS Teams app and Safari. I searched in each apps settings but I dont seem to find and output option. I'm running MacOS Catalina 10.15.6 (19G2021) and the mac laptop is MacBookPro16,1. Thank you in advance!!!
