Fired up my mac and it appears every other column of pixels has either died or is stuck, so it appears like everything is very low res or pixelated. Have noticed a flicker in the backlight and randomly these pixels column will go green making it impossible to see properly. Im getting by for the moment by lowering the screen res so everything is huge just to be able to see. I know its not a graphics card issue as it works fine when plugged into an external screen but im trying to work out if its a screen fault or a cable that has gone. Any ideas?
