Anyone with the brand new MacBook Pro 17" i7s finding the display has a slight violet tint to it with default Color LCD profile selected?

I also have an iMac i7 27" and side by side, the iMac has a more neutral color cast. While the MBP tends to have this subtle violet cast.

If you're seeing this, too, report it here.

Anyone out there have any patch solutions or pro level color profile solutions to get neutral color presentation on your MBP?

Thanks

Wouldn't it be better to put energy* into taking/shipping it back to Apple for repair or swap or refund per the 14 day satisfaction guarantee and the standard 1 year warranty that all Apple MBP's have, rather than posting on here? ;)

*Yeah, for all those smart asses out there, I went to all that trouble to post a reply! I find it funny people are prepared to whinge about hardware problems & ask for help fixing something they've just bought when they've got a perfectly useable warranty that Apple provides, that in most cases will solve the problem!
