I've had the Thunderbolt display for around a day.

When I initially plugged it in, everything was working fine and as expected, at night, I put it to sleep and that was that.

In the morning, I woke the MacBook, and nothing from the TB display. I updated to the latest version of Lion, and tried to download the TB firmware update, when I attempted to install it, the computer told me that I did not need to. Fine, I thought.

Plugged it back in, same again, nothing.

Has this display just died after less than 24 hours?

EDIT: I should add that the charging cable from the back of the monitor is currently working - just nothing else.

unplug the monitor from the wall and plug it back in. It currently doesn't like to go to sleep. It doesn't know how to wake back up. Tis a bug... I don't let my HD go to sleep and just let my monitor shut down and it comes back up ok as long as the mac doesn't go to sleep.

I did just that, took it in to Apple and they confirmed it was dead. Ended up getting it replaced there and then.

Anyway, thanks for the advice!
