Hi,

Is the this the latest/last released 17 inch MacBook Pro: FC725LL/A?

I love my 17" but it's getting Slow. It's a late 2007. I was hoping that the new Haswells would be out by now, and they would include a 17 inch model.

Not sure if I should jump on the above deal or not. Of course it's cheaper than a new Haswell, but it's three year old tech. And of course it's four years newer than my current machine.

Decisions, decisions....

It is already sold out, but that is a 2011 MacBook Pro from early 2011.

Since it is a quad core CPU and relatively good GPU, it is still a good notebook. I have the 2009 17" MBP and I passed the chance to get a 2011 MBP, as my 2009 MBP is still going okay and I have since built my own Hackintosh for my main computer usage and the 2009 MBP is for on the road stuff.
