Hello Group.
I've been running parallels (win10) for years, but I've recently upgraded to the new I9 MacBook Pro with Parallels 14. Before this, my normal temp hovered around 35C, but this new I9 with Win10 is hovering 50-60C (140f) on a normal basis and light use, same settings. Even with CPU at 1-2% (humming low), the temp is still 45C.
I was wondering if running at this high temp all day, all year long, is detrimental and concerning.

I don't think that I would be much worried about 50-60c, I had an issue with mine where the temps would keep ramping up to 95c and bumping off the 100c thermal limit. That concerned me, 50-60c would not. It is warm, but not overly hot for the design.
