macbook pro 2.53 9600 gt 512.... flickering screen problem

I have problem with flickering screen when i am using archicad 12. During drawing mode. Besides archicad none other software have this kinda of problem. PLease advise whether its the graphic card firmware ?

It's strange that you're only having the issue with one particular piece of software. Flickering screens are extremely common with your generation of MBP, especially at low brightness settings. Not sure if Apple knows the cause of the problem. In any case, the never fixed the issue and instead revised the line.

i am not sure whether its archicad software problem or graphic card problem or is it the screen problem.. Anyone there please help.. this problem arises since the day i bought it. Its very annoying with flickering screen.

If it only happens in one program, it's a software issue.
