Macbook Pro 2.53 return policy for 2.66

I am still in the 14 days period as I received my 2.53 last Friday. I didn't even boot up the macbook pro nor taking out from the box. However, I have cut (unsealed) the sticker OUTSIDE the box but not anything inside the box. May I know where can I find any policy state inside the Apple website talking about this changing policy and could my situation allow me to change to a 2.66 free?
