Macbook Pro 2.66 COD4??

I've got a Mac pro 2.66. I'm wondering why my mac version of COD4 barely runs at low settings while Modern Warfare 2 and Fallout 3(through bootcamp on windows 7) run like butter at very high settings?

Do I need to mess with osx or is it just a bad port?
