Given the feedback of each, particularly the first, they seem rather legit. 5000+ with 99.1% is pretty good. Also, unlike many other sellers on eBay, they aren't selling it with thousands of dollars worth of software (that is likely illegal.) I'd say go for it.

Ok cool thanks a lot for the advice. I'm going to wait and see if that model comes up in the refurb store over the weekend and if it doesn't then I'll go with one of them Thanks a lot.
