Macbook Pro 2010 15" Can't Access Internet Through Wifi & Ethernet

Hi Everyone,

I've been trying to connect my laptop to the internet, but it keeps dropping. I've tried connecting it through WIFI and ethernet cable. I get a connection at the beginning for maybe 10-20 seconds, and then the it won't let me connect after. Does anyone know what might be seem to be the problem? Also, on the logo when I click on it it say "No hardware installed"?. I've tried to do a network diagnostic and everything seems fine, but it still won't let me connect to the internet.

Have you tried it out from another user account? If you could create another user for the purposes of testing, that will begin to isolate what might be causing this.
