Macbook Pro 2010 with hard drive from MBP 2009

Hi. Ive received my new macbook pro 13 today and i put the hard drive from the 2009 version and it seems al work ok.

Should i make a new install or i can use this mac os install from the previous macbook pro?

Reinstall as there might be driver issues etc. You can put the old one in enclosure and make a backup into it and then migrate from that after installation

Use Time Machine to do that. Do you have external HD? If not, buy an enclosure for your old HD and use that for Time Machine
