MacBook Pro 2011 "the operation cannot be completed, permission denied"

I don't know what I did but I restored my mac. Now when I go to install new Sierra on it, it gives me an error saying permission denied. Please help! I think I may have erased the wrong disk. The only disk I see in disk utility is OS X Base System and I cannot erase, restore or unmount it.

I was able to rename the disk to Macintosh HD using internet recovery. Now when I sign in to my iTunes account it says the OS is not available try again later. I'm not the original owner. Am I screwed?
