MacBook Pro 2011 USB not working

One USB port on my MacBook that's now out of warranty stopped working a few months ago but I only use one port. Now both ports don't work. Apple hardware test showed no prob. Also did a restart and smc reset and pram. Still no luck.

What can I expect when I take it into the apple store? There's no physical or water damage
