Macbook Pro 2011 won't charge. Light turns green, never amber.

This just started to happen randomly. I had just charged the battery a few days ago, it went down to 0% finally while in standby and now the battery will not charge. The computer functions as normal if I have it connected to the power source, but the battery refuses to charge. Battery report is as follows:

Charging: No
Full Charge Capacity: 7519
Cycle Count: 15
Condition: Normal
Battery Installed: Yes
Amperage (mA): 0

I have tried resetting the SMC. I tried unplugging the battery and plugging it back in. Cleaning the magsafe port, trying another charger, wall outlet, etc. I don't know what else to do.

I recommend taking it to an apple store for diagnosis.

Assuming this is not one of the 2011 macs that is already obsolete, I would get it in ASAP for a diagnosis. June 30th is the date for the next round of computers to become vintage, and then apple won't even diagnose the issue.

Did you ever get this solved? I have the same issues with mine right now. Green light when plugged in, doesn’t go to amber/charge.
