Hello.
I probably trusted the resiliency of my Mac way too many times. I was working on a project and I got some drops of liquid from a beverage and wiped it down like I usually do.
When I woke up this morning and woke my Mac up from sleep, the trackpad was acting erratically. I am not able to move the cursor completely across the screen and the expose feature activates itself. Plugging in a USB mouse has not remedied the situation.
I removed the trackpad this morning and attempted to clean it and check for anything noticeable but to no avail.
I am curious if a new trackpad and ribbon will remedy the situation or based on the symptoms, is this a potential logic board issue. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
