Hello, I would like to ask you on MacBook Pro Retina 2014. I understand this is an old model, I had the opportunity to work with the MacBook and I was excited with performance of MacBook. Configuration: Intel i5 2.6 GHz, 8 GB RAM DDR3, 128 GB SSD and Intel Iris 1536 graphics. Display is a retina. Is it still a powerful MacBook? Will it still do enough good work?

Thank you

What kind of work are you planning on doing with your computer? Compared to the MBP's of today it's not a powerful machine, but it could still be good enough for what you're planning to use it for.

Searching on web, mainly working with the Office. But I would like to make videos, so some video editing and picture editing. Watch on 4K videos.

If you're going to edit video, get the 15" with a descrete GPU, 16gb RAM and more at least 256gb of storage. And plan on a fast external drive for storing media files. I used one for years and the '14 15 inch pro is a great computer.

So for what type of work is this MacBook 13’’ 2014 for use?

I have this model. But custom - with 16gb ram. I update it with nvme speed ssd with 256 gb. So i don’t feel any discomfort. BTW i use it for music studio programs.

A 2014 in good condition should have a useful life in front of it for at least 4-5 more years.
For the use case you stated, I think it will do just fine.

Be aware that you will probably want to limit your video editing to 1080p.
4k will almost certainly start "choking" it (and you don't have enough drive space, either).
