MacBook Pro 2015 / Benchmark Tests

Hello everyone.

Since this is my first Macbook (rMBP) (I'm coming from Windows platforms) I would like to know if that is usual to test it with some benchmark tests. They might include CPU / MEM / SSD tests and others.

I would like to know your (the ones who're connected to this world for some more time) opinion about it.

13" or 15" rMBP? They're going to have drastically different CPU numbers.
