Macbook pro 2015 mouse/trackpad freeze after hibernate

Hello i just bought a Macbook (A1502) - 13" early 2015. And i have this annoying problem that sometimes my trackpad freeze after i hibernate my macbook pro. I will come back and open type in my password login and then i cant move cursor. I restart and it works fine. Anyone know what causes this? im guessing its software since a reboot helps.

Its running latest version of Catalina 10.15.3

Normally a faulty trackpad cable on the 2015 model......A reboot usually fixes it even though it is hardware !

Not expensive to fix - should be plenty on eBay !

Cool i bought a cable from ebay now. Hope this will slove the problem. Looks easy to replace you are right
