did you ever try the Blueooth feature of your new MacBook Pro (with TouchBar)?
For me, it does not show the Bluetooth icon in the System Preferences application and in the System Profiler there's no detected Bluetooth hardware.
I've googled the problem and followed a hint where one should delete a Bluetooth plist file. After doing that and rebooting, Bluetooth hardware was detected properly and the Bluetooth icon was shown in System Preferences, but a few reboots later it's gone again.
Any ideas?
