MacBook Pro 2016 15" Startup Bar (problem?)

Hello everyone, im new to this great forum!

I just want to know if its normal to have this bar under the apple logo when starting up my MacBook Pro 2016? I would say it takes around 8 seconds to get into the user login screen.

I have a MacBook Pro with touch bar 15", 2.6 GHz, 512 GB and Radeon Pro 460.

That's the loading bar for the operating system. It's perfectly normal.
