Macbook Pro 2016 HYPER-V doesn't work in Bootcamp

Has anyone had any success enabling Hyper-V under Bootcamp?

I've tried turning it on a couple of time now and each time after the reboot to enable the hypervisor it is unusable. First couple of times I re-installed Bootcamp from scratch to recover from this
Later I realised I could disable the hypervisor via BCDEDIT in recovery mode

Is there some trick to getting this working or is this MacBook Pro not truly capable of running a standard Windows feature?
