Hey guys,

Recently my MacBook Pro 2016 developed a left speaker problem so I went to an Apple Service Provider as the Apple Stores were closed. Mac is about 3 years old so I was expecting a bill. Obviously with this virus going about, I could't collect it but they emailed so I could get it delivered back. was only £6.95.

Got it back and they have replaced the speaker, the battery. the keyboard, the logic board. Is this normal process. Only paid £6.95 and had no apple care or warranty.

Haven't heard of anything like that before, exactly, but it may be that they repaired it under Apple's keyboard replacement program to save you some money.
