Yesterday 3 keys on my 2016 stopped working. (The keys being 3, E and D)

I tried a PRAM Reset which did not help.

Any other ideas?

I do have Apple Care, but since the Apple stores are all closed I can't bring it down to one to get fixed.

I purchased an external keyboard for now to get me working.

DO NOT DELAY.
Call Apple IMMEDIATELY and see if you can return this to them for a keyboard replacement under their extended warranty program for that model. If you have to mail it in (because the brick n mortar Apple Stores are closed right now), then mail it in. But get it to them.

The extended warranty will give you a keyboard replacement for 4 years from the date of the initial purchase.

DO NOT DELAY !!!
If you wait until your warranty coverage expires, this "repair" is going to cost you $750.
The ENTIRE TOP CASE of the MacBook has to be replaced -- even for just one key.
