So I've had this MacBook Pro since March of 2017 and I've sometimes noticed a stutter when watching YouTube videos. Only until recently I realized that it only stutters when Touch Bar automatically completely dims. Anyone having similar issues because I can't seem to find other reports online. I'm running Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 and play videos using Chrome. Thanks

MacBook Pro 2016 TB 13 stutters when Touch Bar Dismisses

Have you tried to see if the same issue happens when using Safari? It could be an issue with Chrome, or it could also be something that was an issue in your version of OS (Sierra), and it got fixed in High Sierra.
