Hi. I found a problem on my MacBook Pro display after using it 3 weeks, and I requested to repair it at Apple Store in London. But it is still waiting parts for more than 3 weeks now.
Apple Store manager told me yesterday that usually parts are delivered on Wednesday and it should be repaired on last Thursday. But still there is no email or phone call from Apple Store yet. Do I have to claim about this issue again?

Their promised repair expected date was 10-14 days but already 19 days passed.

// 3weeks for using it and 3 weeks for repairing is ridiculous situation.

They have had the computer in the store for three weeks? Or you are waiting for the part to come in before bringing the computer to the store?

if its not a Build To Order I would be talking with the manager about a possible replacement.

Unless there is a part shortage nationwide or entire Europe than it shouldn't take that long. Talk to the manager why its taking so long.
