I wonder if anyone else is having a similar issue to me on the 2018 15" MBP: essentially, there is a patch on the right half of the LCD that has a noticeably cooler color temperature than the left half, especially noticeable on warm greyish backgrounds (see image, though I have increased contrast somewhat to make it more noticeable). It certainly doesn't affect me being able to do work on the laptop, yet it is a little annoying to look at. Is this normal or does it suggest an LCD issue?

On a slightly unrelated note, very occasionally (2x a week) I sometimes get flashing black bars or parts on the screen that look like colored noise (which to me look like more of a driver issue) - is this again normal for the 2018 MBPs?
