Macbook Pro 2019 Problems - Screen Flickering, and now fan running high

Hello,

I have a problem with my macbook pro. It is a 2019 13" with four thunderbolt ports. 2.4 quad core I5. Iris Plus 655.

The screen has started flickering, patches here and there, and its getting worse.

I usuallly have it hooked up to an external monitor, but i noticed it recently on the laptop monitor.

And now the screen is running high upon a restart... What should I do?
