I bought MacBook pro 2019 1TB 8GB 2.4GHz the other day (Apple refurbished one)

Did Migration assistant to Transfer Music/Pictures/User over to new MacBook Thunderbolt to Thunderbolt 3

Everything transferred over and I added music to iTunes, but now when I log in with that user Finder stops responding (Other user fully works no problems) when I try to open apps they suddenly quit (only on that user) should I leave it for as possible to let Mac sort it’s self out?

Also Desktop folder can't be opened because the original item can't be found on all users how to fix this?

how to fix this?
Your best bet imo, is to reformat, and do a clean install. While migration asst. works well enough for many people, I've seen more then my share of issues, so much so, I would always to do a clean install of everything and just restore my data from a backup.

Thanks I have sorted it

i deleted old user snd transferred files over so all good now adding music to iTunes
