Hi Guys!

I've got a Macbook A1278 2010 820-3115-B that came in as no power. I found a component that had two small beads of solder beside it (7049 W05C) and figured it was a pretty safe bet that it had overheated and "popcorned" solder balls. I replaced the component from a scrap board (7049 W25c) and it booted for for a minute and powered off again. It hasn't powered up since. Have any suggestions for a component level repair newbie?

Here is board view of front and back and component in question: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B4Rtn8GUJ1gmYy1YdkIzRkdYOW8&usp=sharing

Any help would be much appreciated :)
