Macbook pro a1278 part identification

Hi,
I cannot identify what kind of part is it. Its shorted.
- 4 pins go to GND.
- 1 pin goes to charging chip isl6259(23pin)
- and 1 goes somewhere. cannot find

- surface type looks like sot-363 for me. It has marking 638D.
- the part is located close to the charger connector on motherboard.

could someone explain what is this?
