MacBook Pro A1708 EMC3164 Touchpad problem

I have bought MacBook Pro A1708 EMC3164 with a faulty battery. When i disconnected the battery and installed a brand new one the touchpad is not responding properly. I bought a new flex cable which seemed like that was casing the problem but without success. I bought new touchpad with flex cable installed on it and the same is with the new one. Can someone please help me?
