MacBook Pro and Adding Ports

Good-Day To All.... I am trying to figure out how to add ports thru the firwall to allow Internet Comms like Multi-Player Apps, BitTorrent, etc. I tried looking in the help but cannot locat where specifically to open and close ports on the laptop. Where can this be done? Thanks!!

control panel - sharing - firewall - "new" or so - now you can give it a name and port number.. click-a-check in the "On" coulmn if you want this port enabled when the firewall is running
